If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return Policy explains how to return items, request refunds, and arrange exchanges.
Return Period
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items returned after this period may not be accepted unless required by local law.
Eligibility for Return
- Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Certain items are not returnable (see Non-returnable items).
Non-returnable items
Examples include perishable goods, open personal care items, downloadable software, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchasing.
How to Request a Return
- Visit your account or contact our support via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA and original packing slip.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a replacement, please indicate this when you request the return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll prioritize resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or full refund.
